You will need to pay the remaining 2023 site fees, approx. 3-4k only, time dependant!

The Site is open February to December. Closes with Owners Christmas Party.

Park Lifespan: Unlike other parks where you have to upgrade every so many years, costing you 10's of thousands, with Haven as long as you look after your holiday home you can keep it on the park as long as you like.

Decking: If you buy a caravan without decking, purchasing large front & side decking can cost 10k alone.
